Overview
The Flow Builder is a tool for creating interactive voice and text messages. Although this tool is not one many people have used before, it is not as difficult to learn as it may seem. Basically, a flow is a series of steps that your customers can go through that can branch based on choices a customer makes or on other settings you determine. These steps give messages to your customers or control which branch (or path) your customer is progressing down. The simplest example is what many people hear when they call a customer service line: "Press 1 for Hours and Directions, 2 for Technical Support, or 3 for Sales".
