The Different Message Boxes
There are a number of different boxes where your messages are kept, based on their status and whether they are outbound messages or inbound. All of these boxes can be accessed via the main navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
| Drafts - Any outgoing message that has not been sent yet is saved in this box. You can save drafts of incomplete messages or messages with errors in them. Draft messages will not have performance reports. | |
| Active - This box holds any message that has been sent or scheduled, but has not actually been sent by the server yet, and it holds activated campaigns and inbound flows. Some campaigns and inbound flows will have performance reports. Active messages can be viewed either as a list (choose the Everything button): or they can be viewed in a calendar format (choose By Dates): The Active view can also be updated (to see whether messages have sent from the server yet) by clicking the Refresh button. |

| Complete - The messages in this box have been sent by the server and contain performance reports, which are updated regularly. | |
| Inactive - These messages are inbound flows that have been stopped for the time being. They contain performance reports. |

Message Actions
Most messages can be deleted from the database once they show up in a message box.
Click this to edit the message.
Clicking this will create a new copy of this message.
This button deactivates a campaign and puts it back into the Drafts box.
This button deactivates a campaign and puts it into the Complete box.
For inbound messages, this button deactivates an inbound flow and returns it to your Inactive box.
To Activate an inactive flow, you need to click Edit Call first, and then choose Activate.
Not all of the actions listed above are available for every message box
