Sender Profiles are contact information for your organization, used in the footers of Emails to comply with bulk mailing regulations. You can have multiple profiles, allowing you to send different messages with different addresses and phone numbers. For example, you may want one sender profile for internal company-wide messages, and another for external messages to your customers.
Click any profile in the left-hand pane to select it and edit its details, which are shown to the right. To add a new profile, simply click the new profile button in the left-hand pane.
You can also remove any profile by clicking the remove icon of a selected profile.
The star icon shows you which profile is currently your default (the one that shows up automatically in the footer unless otherwise specified). You can change the default by selecting the profile you want to be default and then clicking the Make Default button.
Each profile contains a standard set of contact fields, however, you can assign multiple phone numbers to the same profile. Add New Number will add numbers, while the remove icon of a selected phone number will remove them. You can edit a phone number by clicking on it.
You can also make a phone number the default number for a profile by clicking the star icon of a selected phone number.
